The affected profile is Unfortunately, I can't tell what change was made. Also, can unlisted people make changes to WikiTree profiles??

Why shouldn't someone with an Unlisted profile be able to edit an open profile? Its just a privacy setting. Anyway, that person added a Find-a-Grave link. You can see changes by going to the "Changes" tab on the profile and then clicking on the "Edited Biography" or whatever section was edited link.

It would be nice to know who you're dealing with, that's why.

I did see the addition of the link to findagrave. However, one person made two changes, and "unlisted" made another, tallying to three in total. It would have been helpful to see a brief explanation with each change.
Hello, Doug,

The reason active members may not have unlisted profiles is that it prevents other members from contacting them. Active members must be listed.
Sorry, I knew that. Don't know what I was thinking at the time.

Active members may not have unlisted profiles. However, the account of the member in question appears to be closed now so it is unlisted because they are a living non-member.

To see the change,  click on Changes. Go to the change you want to see and click the link to the portion of the profile changed by that person. It will show the changes on the right side in red. In this instance, the member added the link to Find A Grave.

Hi, Deb. I did go to the changes tab. There were three changes, but only one that I could detect, i.e., the addition of the link to Find-a-Grave. All three changes were identified simply as changes to the biography, without a few words of explanation for others, including myself, to understand what's been done. Those few additional words would be very helpful. cheers, Alison

The changes made:

  1. Add a Find-a-Grave citation
  2. Attempt cleanup of the FAG citation
  3. Put the {{FindaGrave}} reference inside the citation to finish cleaning it up since it was saved before it was really finished in change #2
There is an option for adding a comment as to why a change was made, obvious ones are seldom commented.

Oh now, I didn't know that you could click on the "edited the Biography" for further details. blush Thanks for your help, Doug.
