At what point is a profile considered abandoned?

When I check on some of my profiles I find that someone has taken it over.  My  name as profile manager is completely gone.  What are the rules on this?

It looks like you were inactive from Feb 2017 to Jan 2018. That is nearly a year and if you were not answering requests or responding to emails during that time, it would have been more than enough to cause profiles managed by you to be orphaned if requested by another member.
