Should the baptismal name or the name the person used be the top heading?

Generally speaking, for public people you'll see the "Formal First Name" and for private people you'll see the "Preferred First Name".

The Last Name at Birth (LNAB) is the name which defines the profile. Current last name and other names will also show in the «heading» when you look at a profile.
