Challenge: Find Thomas Fisher Thomas's birth in Wales [closed]

Question

Thomas Fisher Thomas is documented online and you can find him in some other sites family trees. His parents were David Thomas and Emma Fisher. His FindAGrave entry claims a birth date 11 August 1859 Swansea, Wales and death date 1 July 1927 Massachusetts https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/43162078/thomas-fisher-thomas

The problem is ... I cannot find any evidence of his birth. Can anyone strike gold? From other evidence I believe he went to America almost immediately after his birth so it's not surprising he isn't in the 1861 UK census.

I can't find his parents marriage either so I considered the possibility that they were unmarried and his birth was registered as Thomas Fisher. There is a Thomas Fisher born in Swansea in Q3 1859 but his mother's name is listed as Morgan.

My first cousin twice removed Mary Morris lived in Staughton Mass. She married Mary Augusta’s nephew, John Upham Bete. All her (my) family that lived in this area were from Merionethshire/Denbighshire. Not having much luck with sources but is it possible he was from this part of Wales instead.

Yeah, I tried searching for him on Ancestry and FamilySearch, but I couldn't find his birth in any Welsh records. His parents started having kids in the USA not long after he was born (like 4 years I think?) so he definitely didn't make it to the census.

Anything's possible! His parents may just have been in Swansea awaiting his birth before sailing.
