This is nice, I would like to do my part, but it is all greek to me. The laymen needs more direct direction.

Thanks to all of you for responding, I will continue to work on my profiles as best I can and not worry about the small stuff. I would give you all personalized Thank yous for recognition, but I don't see an option for that.

Is there something specific that you need help with? I see you tagged "data doctors." Are you working on a particular data error suggestion?

"Your part" is whatever you want it to be.  Perhaps you are ready to join a project?  Just go to the top of the page and look under the "Find" menu item and click on Projects.  Some projects have more direction for what needs to be done.  Data Doctors is pretty good because you can pick up tips on a better way to care for your own profiles.

If you don't want a Project per se, use the first menu item at the top of the page, "My WikiTree."  These all relate t whatever you have entered.  You can find suggestions for your profiles that you can work on.

I added some formats and sections to one of your profiles to show you what is possible.

Boyers-78, Henry Boyers

You could use similar formatting on your other profiles.  Find what works for you within guidelines and replicate it through your profiles.

You have to ask in this G2G post for the badge and Aleš checks it about twice a month.

You look here for the new challenges each week. Badge helps but is not mandatory.

One of the very top replies has a link to my guide on how to do the challenge as well as a link to a spreadsheet many use to help them.

As far as personalized "Thank you"s, you click on their name and then thank them for the appropriate recent activity.

A lot of your ancestry seems to come from England.  Would you like to join the England Project? Because we have something called the Orphan Trail which takes you back to the basics at your own pace.

and take a look at the Project page:
