How can we get profile managers to mark "unknown" instead of "still living" on profiles born over 150 years ago?

Assumed parents, Nat White (White-33936) and Cassandra Todd (Todd-5689), are both marked as STILL LIVING though if they are John A White's (1875-1905) parents they are long since dead.  If they get removed from John A White (White-33935), that profile of John can be merged with White-41982 and the profiles of John's daughter Dovie can also be merged.

The other Cassandra Todd is Todd-6959 who was born  in 1850.  The other John A White's father is listed as William White (White-41977), who may or might not be Nat White.

I am nitpicking. Who is John S White in the photo? Why is that photo there?

Have you tried contacting the profile manager?

We clearly need a new (or clarification of current) policy/procedure for situations like this. Since we don't actually know the WikiTreeIDs of John's parents, we can't determine who is their profile manager.

I would probably send an email to WikiTree requesting that the profiles for the parents of White-33935 be opened since they are clearly pre-1868 - or they will be after someone adds a birth year to John's profile!

I looked at these from the OP's post:

Assumed parents, Nat White (White-33936) and Cassandra Todd (Todd-5689)
