Anyone know of this person?

My brother and his wife saw this grave Stone lying on side of road hwy 72 east at Brickyard rd going toward Athens Ga it reads as Rachel B. Brown b.05/22/1925 d. 07/02/2000  So I don't know if it fell off the vehicle  or someone tried to steal it? So just incase someone knows this person they could tell the family.

1930 Census, Evans, DeKalb, Georgia, born 1925,has 3 siblings.Perhaps

you could trace siblings.

Thank you Wayne Morgan for the info I was able to find out that she Rachel B. Brown  is a relative of my partner.
