Hi there,

I'm in need of a little help.

I've found two Court records in which I'm interested.

I don't know how to obtain the records. Are they online somewhere?

Any help is appreciated...

The first one could be a David Cain I'm searching for

The other one is the son of John Cain (1790). According to family lore he left Newfoundland after his father drowned and went to PEI with his mother, who married again a man with the name "White".

They probably aren’t online. At least I didn’t see them. You may have to order them. You can request a quote by email to the PEI Archives and then you can agree to the teems. I’ve gotten documents from them in the past.
