Thank you for your comment.    Mooney-2001 And Crawley-951 are my gg parents I am looking for their birth, country of emigration, anything family history thank you.

I believe they are from Ireland and England respectively. They lived in New York City and I think were divorced in Kentucky in 1906, but both continued to live in New York or New Jersey.

My ggGrandmother was Anastatia Mooney (b ~ 1800) I believe she was born in NFLD but she is of Irish origin.

I have found several Mooney families in the Irish Catholic Parish Register for BallynaKill, County Laois ... here is a Link...

Anne Mooney is age 8 born 1862 in Manchester, with parents Thomas (age 33, so born circa 1838) and Catherine Mooney (age 31, so born circa 1840), both were born in County Galway, Ireland. Catherine's mother is in the household, her name is Julia Ford (age 64, Born County Galway, Ireland). She has a son, James Ford (age 24 years, also born Co. Galway)

In 1881, Annie Mooney is age 19 and mother Kate (42) is a widow. Kate has 2 more children, James (6) and Maggie (2). Kate's mother, Julia Ford is age 70. Julia's son William Ford, born Ireland, is 30 yrs old.
