I think it's $40 off a new Y-37 test, but still a very good deal. Some upgrades are on sale, too. For yDNA, upgrading from 37 STR markers to 67 is $40 off, and going from 37 to 111 is $100 off. Going from 67 or 111 markers to the Big Y-500 are both $100 off, at $399 and $349 respectively (same upgrade price as was available during DNA Day last April).
For mtDNA, upgrading from "MT Plus" (both the HVR1 and HVR2 panels) to the full sequence test is $60 off.
Some bundled pricing is discounted, also. For example, new testers can get both the Family Finder (autosomal DNA) and mitochondrial full sequence tests for $80 off, or $198 total. A Family Finder + Y37 + mtDNA full sequence is $119 off; $327 total.
