I was adding my GEDCOM names one by one, now I cant get back to that screen where I can add more?

No, there was a screen with all of the GEDCOM files which I was adding.

I changed screens to edit an entry, then I could not figure out how to get back to that screen where I can add more of the GEDCOM entries.

Nevermind, I found I found it on the GEDCOM compare report and just had to scroll way down where I had left off.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Quarles-287  is one of the more recent profiles you were working on.  You may have to select the "edit" tab to get back into editing mode.  It takes a while to get used to this interface -- and I'm not sure if this is actually helpful... but post again if it's not.  Make sure you are still logged in, in case that's the problem.
