Are the Notables Sticker and the Notables Templates broken? [closed]

Question

I just tried to add a Notables Sticker to an unlisted living person for whom I have just discovered now has a Wikipedia page - but the sticker doesn't seem to work correctly. His name is not being shown.

I checked his father (Still living and thus unlisted) who definitely has a Notables Template and that too is broken. So I checked several other Living Notables (unlisted profiles) that I have worked on. All of the Unlisted profiles with Notable stickers or templates are now broken.

I am trying to follow the new Notables rule - {{Notables Sticker}} if the profile is open, and {{Notables}} if it's not.

You all may want to check your Living Notabels and see if their templates and stickers have broken. It does seem to be OK for those whose profiles are open (the Notable has passed)

I thought the rule was that

if it is managed by the Notables Project, it can be {{Notables}}
if it is managed by you or A.N.Other, it has to be the {{Notables Sticker}}

nothing to do with whether it's Open or not?

None of the templates show names on unlisted. It's always been that way. Doesn't mean it shouldn't be pointed out and requested to be fixed, but to my understanding since we started the GDPR changes, it's always been that way.

Really? Coz I Swear I saw the notables fathers name listed and he is definitely still living.

But if its not a bug, because the profiles are unlisted, then I can close my question.
