Trying to find information on William Powell, he married Mary Haddock (formarly Dukes) in Franklin (or Ross) county OH in about 1815 they had at least 2 children William H (Handy) and Asa (Asah) twins in 1818. They moved to hancock county in 1827 and shottly after William died and the family moved back to Franklin county and then back to hancock County by 1830. Mary Haddock was born in 1770. William was born in either maryland or Virginia and I believe he may have had a first wife in PA because I have found Asah living with an older brother in Peru, Indianna, this brother was born in PA and age does not fit to be child of Mary Haddock.
