I thought I had this all sorted, but looking at a page from a "Family Record" done by a genealogist in the 1970s, my information is wrong. Frankly, I believe my evidence tells a better story but maybe someone else can take a look? I have Benjamin J. Hutson married to Rebecca Mainwaring with records attached. However, the genealogist has Rebecca born 17 Feb 1826 (same as I have) but says "Died in infancy". He then states that Benjamin John Hutson married Mary Mainwaring b. 1 Sep 1830, d. 3 Apr 1852. I have not added her here yet.
During her brief 22 years of life (according to the genealogist), she had children in 1845, 1848 and 1851. This would make her first child born when she was 15. The first born in Wales, the second in Wiltshire England, the third in Dorchester England.
This makes no sense to me whatsoever. does anyone have any info on this line of the Mainwaring family? I'm tempted to toss the pages from the genealogist and keep searching on my own.
