Susan de Bruyn is a Wonderful WikiTreer

Question

I want to thank and acknowledge Susan for her beautiful leadership and courage. She has, despite the most adverse circumstances a parent can face, managed to make more than 100 contributions in the months of June and July. There were moments in our collaboration in past years working on the project team of the Dutch Cape Colony project, that I did not treat her as kindly and with the respect as I should have. Despite that she showed resolve to keep on going, criticism or no criticism, over the years. With humbling kindness to all. Forgiving. Just before her life irreversably changed by the tragic event in June, I was on the point of posting this message of appreciation. She has matured into bold and reflective leadership. Caring. Steering. Showing that it is not the amount that counts but the quality. Resolve, Strength. And now still despite the deepest pain. Gracious generosity. I have respect for you Susan. You exemplify excellence. Thanks for keeping on caring when all seems lost and meaningless.
