Under the new GDPR privacy laws passed by the EU in May of 2018, noone can control someone eles DNA data. This applies to anyone who may potentially live in the EU on the future - which literally means everyone in the world.

Your mother must join Wikitree as a family member, create a profile and enter her own DNA details.

She can also add you to her trusted list so that you can still have access to her profile, but she must add her own DNA details.
