Since I work almost exclusively with Sweden I have learned to find my way around - and I have the appropriate tools. I won't give up my subscription to ArkivDigital, they have by far the best images, in colour. And they are often more informative about where you can find the records when parishes within a pastorate share books.
I had a subscription to SVAR before they went free of charge - and their birth-marriage-death books are often indexed by year, which is convenient.
And I have a research subscription to MyHeritage although I don't have a subscription for my tree (I reduced it to below 250). I think their search in the ArkivDigital household records 1860-1930 works better than the same search at ArkivDigital. Plus it can be useful to see the trees there - although they often all have the same error.
