Need Cottonwood Friends Meeting added to Quaker Meetings, Kansas

Question

I have multiple Quaker profiles to categorize as Cottonwood Friends Meeting in Kansas. An example of a person to be added to that would be Orilla Stanton.

Who this meeting has reported to has changed over time. How should that categorization be handled?

Should I create the Cottonwood Friends Meeting category myself? Are levels above that to be created by project coordinators? I saw that the Kansas Meeting category currently appears empty (lots of work to do on that as there are meetings from one end of the state to the other). 

Secondly, there is the Cottonwood Cemetery near Emporia, Kansas (which is linked to FAG on the Quakers in Kansas page) where hundreds of Cottonwood meeting members are interred but I do not believe this is an exclusively Quaker cemetery. How would the cemetery be classified?

Know you are busy but when you or another has time, the cemetery would also need the category added for Quaker Cemeteries: Kansas (has not yet been created). Thanks.
