Click on Ancestry reports. You will see a report for each of Maternal Haplogroup and Paternal Haplogroup together with some other reports.

Is the Y-chromosome Haplogroup the same as the Maternal Haplogroup? Is the Mitochondrial Haplogroup the same as the Paternal Haplogroup?

Other way round. Y is Paternal. Mitochondrial is maternal.

Thanks. The DNA info has been corrected.
