How to correct the Last Name at Birth field

I have checked the help section, but could not find an answer.

If you manage the profile go into edit mode. You will then see a small edit option at the right of the Last Name At Birth field. Be sure to explain and source your change.

If you do not manage the profile then you will have to contact the profile manager and ask them to make the change. Provide them with sources to back up your request.

You can change the LNAB when you go into edit mode. You should, if you are the profile manager or on the trusted list, see a link named "edit" next to the LNAB. that link takes you to the Change LNAB page.
