Need a bit of help on this profile. Henry Hill joined the 2nd New Hampshire Regiment, Capt Jerimiah Fogg's Company in 1781 when he was 17 and appears to have remained in the company until the end of the war.
While working on his profile, I decided to try and find a nice, simple little sticker that just said that he served and his regiment info. After spending parts of two days trying to navigate through numberous American Revolution, 1776, New Hampshire, and various regimental projects, I am now totally confused over something that I thought would be fairly simple. I had figured out the Civil War sticker/category stuff for some other ancestors and it seemed relatively easy, but this has become staggering. Probably its just me.
Basically, I'm looking for someone who can give me a link to a simple page with easy to follow instructions. Better yet, if a kind hearted soul could put one on the profile for me, I can use it as a reference for others. I'm pretty good at copy and paste.
I'm not looking for big flags or wavy gifs or anything showy, just a simple notice to attract the attention of those who might be interested that will lead them to the service record sources.
I know the profile is pretty skimpy, not much is know about him except for his service record, died young leaving a wife and a passel of kids. One of a number of profiles I'm working on and never enough time. Also trying to figure out what to put on his daddy's profile, one of the one's who invaded Canada, but that's another question.
I think I've gotten all the typos out so hopefully this makes some sense. Feel free to add any more tags this might need. Thanks for reading this
