I wanted to share this family photo of Norman Smith with the community. Location: unknown. Date: unknown.  Unsure if this ship was docked in London but it is after WW2.  Both of my Uncles Norman i& Doug Smith came back to Canada on this ship.

Amazing photo. The Queen Elizabeth and Queen Mary were credited by Winston Churchill as partly responsible for shortening WWII. They carried over two million servicemen.

Not sure how my Aunt Hattie go the picture  or post card, but it was amongst the things in her Family Tree.  It comes from 1945 probably bu a  bit unsure.

Many men came home on this ship to Canada.  Thank you so much.
