Changed Category navigator: Added filters for displayed categories on each level.

Added Aka to forbidden words in name fields (7x4 suggestions ).

Added new search by Category Content. https://wikitree.sdms.si/default.htm?report=srch6
Added 614, 644 and 674 suggestions for to long locations. For now the limit is set at 120 letters, but we might reduce it in the future.
