Why can'r I change the privacy level?

Question

Th1s is my beloved Aunt Hattie who died last November l, 1917.   Her cremains were entered into the ground on July 5, 1918 so her granddaughter and family could be here from Australia.

I originally put her in, but she became a Family Member and I wish to change her privacy level a bit and CANNOT DO SO.  HOW DO I FIX THIS?  Can it be fixed or?????
