Can anyone find out where and the date of marriage for this chap?

Thomas Dodd or Dodd-2261 was apparently married in 1866.  Cn anyone find his marriage document.  Think he might have been married in Cortland, NY, USA bur unsure.  

Was he buried there as well?

Find A Grave 1600-current, Annie Dudderidge born June 17 1842, died Oct 261918,Truxton,Cortland County, New York,Spouse Thomas Dodd.

At least you have her maiden name.
