Keith Dishman maintains the Dishmanweb and has been in direct contact with the French Dishman descendants of Samuel Dishman and his older brother -  both of whom were Huguenots.

There is also a thoroughly-researched Dishman Index published by Charles Marsteller and James Dallas Dishman, both descendants of Samuel DuChemin/Dishman. There are copies at the Library of Congress, DAR library in DC, LDS in Salt Lake City, Sutro in San Francisco, and Allen County (don't know if its the library or genealogical society) in Indiana.

I also have a copy if you have any questions that can be addressed by it. Charles is still around, too, but I don't know how digitally active he remains.

I am also a descendant of Samuel DuChemin.
I’m a Seventh great grandson, my Spearman family got land grants in Anderson County and in Newberry County of South Carolina after the Revolutionary War does the book mention the Spearman, Booth, Martin, Guthrie families, my mom was A Spearman
The book doesn't have an index of surnames - but if you tell me which Dishman to look for I could look at their page and tell you what was included.

Dishmanweb has the following:
2 Spearmans (Dinah, Edmund)
1 Booth (Amanda)
2 Martins (Charles, Polly)
0 Guthries

Hope that helps!
are they anyway you could just share some of the direct information on my line Dinah Dishman Spearman anything on her parents siblings grandparents that isn’t already on wikitree, photos, ect. and how do I get my line added show I’m descendant of the French people

on that Martin set and Booth family I would like that information to add to wikitree to, what ever you got for me to work on of my direct line would be great

I appreciate your help
