I am looking to go far back as possible. I want to know if my ancestors were related to any special people like i.e. George Washington or if I have a long lost sister that I dont know about.

Hi Eamon and welcome!  Absolutely we'll help you out.  Looks like your membership is almost done.  Sign the Honor Code and get started making profiles of your parents, grandparents, etc.  Whenever you get stuck, post a question here and someone will step up.  Glad to have you here!

Thanks! My mom has records of a complete family tree that the family did....somewhere.

Great start, Eamon!  yes  You have your parents and grandmother started already.  If you add some location info, G2G peeps can help you add some sources and fill in some blanks.

And thanks for the Best Answer!  smiley

Hi Eamon, I think this may be the correct person.  I will see if I can find anything more.
