I am not sure how to connect dna to ancestors on my tree. Could some one please help me. Thank you

You DO NOT need to do anything related to your DNA.

As you add more ancestors and other relatives, the DNA connection from you to them, will be updated once a day - usually after midnight at GMT (BST)  and after 8 pm EDT.

As for your tree, you really need to add more uncles, aunts, cousins and lots of spouses and children because they may connect to somone who is already on the tree. Your family is currently an island and not connected to the global tree....
