Question

Was told by family Andrew Presley was married to Elizabeth Williams also 1860 census list them living in NC

Looking for 1840/1850 census I do have 1820/1830/1860 census listed on page.  Other spellings used are Presley, Presly, Presley it's hard to find records

No. Yandle married Andrew's son, Andrew junior. There are no records of an Elizabeth Williams Pressley.
