How to complete a proposed merge? [closed]

Question

Is there any way to complete a profile merge if only 1 profile manager has approved the merge?  I contacted both managers but only one has responded (and completed her side of the merge), the other manager has not responded.

Hi D,

The other manager has 30 days to respond,  before you can complete the merge yourself.   Here's a link that explains other things you might try if you want to attempt to speed things up.....

You can apply to be on the trusted list of the other profile and once accepted, you can complete the merge.

If you aren't on the trusted list of both profiles, you'll have to wait 30 days.  At the end of 30 days, the hold will be lifted and the merge will be able to be completed by you.
