Can we have a "Who Links Here" Feature?

+6 votes

How difficult would it be to implement a feature like Wikipedia's "What Links Here" tool that appears in a page's sidebar?  Something that would make it easy to see what profiles, free spaces, etc. link to an individual's profile.

For a usage example, someone like a minister may have married a lot of couples and have been linked to in their profiles.  It might not be feasible or genealogically relevant to link to every person that the minister married in the minister's profile, but it could be helpful or interesting to see such a list generated by the tool I am suggesting.

Perhaps such a tool already exists and I am unaware of it - in which case could someone point me to it?

I see there was a similar discussion back in 2013 but the feature discussed there does not seem to be working for me.

Add the following line to a space page Replace 60th_Regiment_of_Foot_1st_Battalion with the page link name

[[Special:Whatlinkshere/Space:60th_Regiment_of_Foot_1st_Battalion|What Links Here]]  leads to a page named

or for profiles replace Powers-1965

[[Special:Whatlinkshere/Wiki:Powers-1965|What Links Here]] leads to page

Oh perfect.  I was just missing the "wiki:" part when I was trying it out.  I wonder why this is hidden and not under a profile's "WikiTree Tools" section.
Thank you, ☺. don't know the answer to that,
