Collaboration requested on Matthew Woolcocke and Honor "Owlcock"

+3 votes
Hello I started out by researching Honor Owlcock the wife of Richard Treviller. Then, as I learned that she may have a first husband, Matthew Woolcock, I found that he has a wikitree file:

I am trying to figure out if these profiles need connecting. According to some Gulval, Cornwall records, I believe that these may need to be connected:

I laid out everything I have come up with on Owlcock-1.

One of the possible problems I have is that Honor named a child Thomas Woolcock with her husband Matthew and then named a child Thomas with her husband Richard Treviller. But, the will of Matthew Woolcock, in the same town, Gulval Cornwall, names a wife Honor. The dates and places line up.

Sure would be helpful if someone could take a look at my research thusfar on Owlcock-1 and give me and my cousin Pip some guidance.

Thank you so much!

Well done research notes on Honor’s profile, Beth. My cautious inclination is for a merge, but hopefully you’ll receive some input from others here. I’m anxious to see what pops up. I see that Matthew’s proifle is unmanaged.

I’m thrown by the two baptismal records, hence my caution, but my excitement is building!
Hi Pip-

Guess what? Matthew Woolcock had a sister, Margareta Woolcock... I think she is the Margaret Owlcock who married Bennett in 1656.
