you have my password screwed up again

about every 2 mths,you go back to telling me -password is not correct-then you ask if I forgot password-I have not but you must misdemeanor me by insisting my forgetting is only possible reason-so I go along and pick up password you sent & copy it down perfectly.....I make 3 (THREE) tries @ log in W/ new password-VOILA= same old wiki problem...this has went on for all the years I've been a member

G2G did not screw up your password, so please don't take it out on us.  Someone who can help you might see your question, eventually.  You could increase the chances by adding tags like password, login_problem, etc.

You will get this problem fixed much faster by sending an e-mail to info@wikitree.com.  Good luck!

Hi Burt, I have added the Account and Login tags to your question to bring it to the attention of the right people. Once you get it sorted out I would suggest you set up a password of your own choosing rather than one that has been sent to you.

I never said G2G scewed  up my password.....I clearly said wiki ….I posted on G2G because that's one of the few things I can do.....As I said-this is a recurring problem & I've tried all WIKI advice to solv my own problems & can't even understand the actions......I just want to use Wiki to line up all 4 sides of my tree on paper for kids, G/kids, gG/kids, before I completely lose memory or kick off
