2 guest members named Joe Davis - are they the same?

Question

They both joined in 2013, each has 0 contributions.  Are they duplicates?

Davis-19894 and Davis-13654

(for what I hope are obvious reasons, this question is for a sysop)

Since both those profiles were created back in 2013, I very much doubt the individual is interested in being active on WikiTree. Even if they are duplicates we don't worry about Guest profiles that were never confirmed as WikiTree members. Those were just people looking around at WikiTree who decided not to join.

Could you take a look at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Walker-21861 and https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Walker-18944 before they are merged into a profile from the 1700s, please.
