How do I join the One Place Study for Greene county, Mississippi?

What are the duties of joining a "One Place Study"? --I'm not sure that I have the time to donate more time to it. I am also 82 yrs old but I still have the brains to do the work, though my energy level is, in general, changeable and consequently uncertain. [Please reply.]
