Are living people required to be set as some variety of private?

I could've sworn that I saw somewhere that WikiTree requires all living people to be set at some variety of Private (and definitely not green-Public), but I didn't find anything specifying this in
http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Privacy
. Am I misremembering?

I would love to set some living peoples profiles to publis or even open, but other peoples privacy concerns prevent that, living people have to be some form of private.
