So how as a profile Manager do I get on a deceased family member Trusted list. When to no avail I don't receive e-mails,spam,junk or trash files. Seems to me we should have a four digital passcode that we could put in to be on the trusted list.

Adding someone to a trusted list is a decision to be made by the profile manager or project that curates the profile. It is not a decision to be made by the person requesting, or their would be chaos. The best way to ensure that you will be accepted on trusted lists is to ensure that the profiles you manage yourself are of a high quality with respect to coherent facts and adequate sourcing. These are things that a profile manager will be looking at before making a decision to accept you on a trusted list.

If you have applied to join a trusted list and have been ignored or unjustly refused then you can follow the procedure for unresponsive managers or problems with managers.

So far, my experience has been to just ask nice and be persistent. Have clear and concise reasoning and the ability to prove or backup the request with sincerity and you should expect to see the light to approach that trusted list. Mistakes happen! Enthusiam in inputting data in my own family tree, which was personal for me, was just as personal for others who thought me careless rather than exbuberant. It was overcome and I was "allowed" back onto Wikitree, which I was stopped from using and had tremendous withdrawal issues.
