Can anyone decipher the parents from this Quebec Catholic parish record?

The following marriage record is not particularly legible and not being a native French speaker, I cannot decipher much more than the couple's names.  Can anyone help me figure it out?  Especially whether it gives the names of Charles' parents?

Here is what I read (with modern spelling).

In the margin: Mariage entre Charles Duprat et Clémence Le Clerc

Signatures: Clemance Clerre [bride], Trenel [?], M. J. Duplesis, Le Pesnier, Marie Baudin, Jean Trulle [?], J. B. Le Clair [bride's father ?], M. Duplessis, Fr. Clément Lefébure supérieur et curé [priest], Cler [?]

So nothing about Charles' parents.

From what I can make out in the first sentence of the record it says that '. . . mariage ? Charles DuPrat et Clemence LeCler de la paroisse des Trois Rivières . . .', without mention of Charles' parents. The rest of the record is harder to read but does not appear to mention DuPrat anywhere else . . ..

Thanks for your help.  That's about as much as I could get out of it myself.  It's also possible that it mentions a previous wife instead of parents, but again I have no idea what to look for.

It's really cool how easy it is to understand this even though I do not speak French.
This is definitely the raw information I am looking for, but how accurate is the PRDH?  The record I linked gives the marriage date as 4 November, not 2 November.  Where would PRDH get their information on the parents?
Marriage contract 1738-11-02 ( notary )

The parents are not mentioned on the marriage act.  His parents are found through a notarial act when his brother Jean Baptiste marries Claire Bouton, the contract stipulates that Charles is assisting his brother, and Jean Baptiste's marriage names his parents.  Put all the data on the relevant profiles.
