Are we still using the tool to generate simple biographies

Question

I used to use  https://apps.wikitree.com/apps/shipley1223/Bio.html to create a quick and simple biography, but lately it does not seem to work on my computer... Is this still a valid tool? or is my computer kicking dust in my face again...

I just tried it and nothing happened when I clicked Generate.

Add it as a bookmark in your browser in folder called WT shortcuts.

I added it to my scratchpad on the navigation home page.  I keep links to all the wikitree apps I like using there, as well as links to profiles I hope to someday find new information for to break down brick walls and whatnot.

I just used it and it worked fine.

Have you installed any new programs/apps on your computer or any browser extensions recently?

Sometimes just clearing cache and cookies does the trick.

I didn't know this existed but saw this when I was looking for something else. Going to try and use to help me do some cleanup work.

This is great. I think this would be a very valuable tool to give users an idea of how to reference other profiles and when and where citations are needed.

I think I might start using this and perhaps make a personal "Needs Citation" category.

Nice tool! It would be better using ref names such as Birth, Parents, Marriage, Death, Burial, etc.

Its a nice, basic tool that gives a good start on a profile. I do like that it will put in the inline refs. It worked when I tried it.

Very nice!  Works very well with the way I organize my sources on profiles.  May actually get me going on developing biographies.  Thanks for the notice.  Really makes me wonder what other goodies I'm overlooking!

Great tool, it'd be nice if it could add the ages of the parents in.  Wish I had found this a couple thousand entries ago :).

This has been updated, try adding WikiTree Bee app and or the WikiTree Browser ext

Click on the Find tab, scroll to WikiTree Bee and Browser.

Thank you for your help, I loaded the extension.  When I go under Biography like the instructions say, I only see automated corrections, I don't see the Auto Bio button.
