UNKNOWN-70469 I have found the correct name and added all the sources but I don't know how to fix the Name at Birth (Surname). I hope that makes sense

Hi I have been sourcing for 8 hours so far today. I notice if I add anything as a source if the comment that reads as follows is not removed the profile remains as unsourced. I try to take a moment to get a good source one that will show spouse, family, location, etc...

That sentence if you remove it so we are going over and over for this sourcing sprint shows a cleared profile. Should we remove it so someone will know it has been researched "lightly" or take it off and hav error 4 on the database errors?

I try to add a couple of sources if they are readily available but if we need to clear that as we go I need to know, please.

I have been doing data errors as I go if I can find the answer and solutions.
