I took a "My Heritage" DNA test before your's went on sale, can i post the results on here?

Wikitree does not sell DNA tests.  You will need to register for a Wikitree account before you can add info about your MyHeritage DNA test.

You would need to become a full volunteer member of Wikitree in order to do that.

But yes you can do that - AFTER you sign the honor code and become a full member.

I have posted a copy of my ethnicity map and my ethnicity estimates on my profil if you want to see what it looks like.
