[[Williams-21702|George Williams]] is included by Anderson in "The Great Migration Begins" ([https://www.americanancestors.org/databases/great-migration-begins-immigrants-to-ne-1620-1633-vols-i-iii/image?pageName=2002&volumeId=12107&rId=23896361]). His profile is in need of some attention; it cites no evidence for the identity of his wife as née Marie Putnam (nor have I found any, after a fairly vigorous search, since he and his spouse are my ancestors) -- she should be Mary Unknown.  The m. date of 1637 also does not make sense as eldest son John Williams, Senr., is believed to have been born "say 1630" (Anderson), and Anderson offers "by 1630" as the m. year. [Side note: on a related point I differ with Anderson and stand by the significant evidence -- outlined in their profiles -- that supports Elizabeth Skerry as wife of John Williams, Senr. I have spent a good many hours on the question...]

I've added the appropriate "stuff" to make him PGM
Thanks, Anne.  (-- If I get up my nerve I am going to send to Anderson & co. via NEHGS the case, and the evidence, for son John marrying Elizabeth _Skerry_, dau. of George's "loving friend" Henry.)
