How to get my grandfather's Gedmatch ID to show on his profile

I entered my grandfather's FtDNA kit ID a few weeks ago. Now I want to enter his Gedmatch ID - I finally figured out how to do this. But now how do I get it to show up on his profile like my kit id does? Also, how do I get it to show up as a possible match to his relatives? Only his ftDNA kit id is showing up.

Mine does not show on my profile but it does show on my parents profile and ancestors so check to see if it is on his parents.

I checked this morning and you are right, my grandfather's DNA does show up on his father's profile. Thanks for the suggestion!

PS I'm not sure why this post called me "anonymous" as I made sure I was logged in before I created it.

Hi Anonymous!  Thanks for your question.

I think the problem may be the Privacy setting on grandfather's profile.  WikiTree needs to be able to see and use the Family Tree tab to make DNA connections.  Please consider changing his Privacy to the Pale Yellow level that allows us all to see his Family Tree. (Please remove any information that you feel needs to be kept private.  Check his Public Profile tab to see what everyone can see when we go to his profile page.) I hope this takes care of the problem.

Thanks for the suggestions but honestly, I do not know how to check or change any of this stuff.

I checked the Public Profile and it looks like there is a pale yellow dot beside the DNA test results in the list of items that can or cannot be seen. But I don't see his DNA listed on the right side.

I see across the top that the Family Tree link has a lock on it. How do I make this public as you suggested?

How do I change his privacy level to pale yellow?

I am in the WikiTree DNA Project, but I don't know what that is, how to get to it, or what it does. I don't know why my original post said I was anonymous. I made sure I was logged in.
