Thomas Cromwell Gateway Ancestor?

He's not in PA or MCA I could find (see Cromwell). His great-grandfather was Edward, 3rd Lord Cromwell who is in that last note on p. 605 in PA.

I wonder if that plaque was based on some false information, otherwise it's not a difficult tree to follow. I thought maybe there was a controversy about this particular emigrant I missed?

Although, weren't there only two lord Cromwells?
