Can anyone help me find sources to prove John Percival's Parentage?

Geneologies online and in books seem to universally give him as the son of [[John Percival |Percival-681]] and [[Mary Bourne |Bourne-48]] but I can't seem to find anything close to a primary source to prove it. I have his marriage record and I believe I found his baptism on American ancestors on one of their free weekends (I should have kept better track) as 17 Jan 1720 in Sandwich. However the baptism didn't give parents, and I can't seem to find a will for his father. Can anyone help me get sources to person connected to parents? Thanks!

ps This is this first time I've posted for genealogy help so I apologize if I've done anything the wrong way.

His father's will Will dated 13 Aug 1737 and proved 28 April 1738 names wife Mary, sons James and John; daughters Elizabeth Howland, Mary Lawrence, Patience Nye, Hannah Joanes, and two daughters not yet married. John was 65 years at death.

Lydia Brownson and Maclean Mclean, “The Rev. Richard Bourne of Sandwich, Mass.,” New England Historic and Genealogical Register, Vol 118, 1964, Pg 200

Sometimes the only way to prove parentage is to find the father's will.
