When did William StewartMcKee's family line come to Belfast from Scotland.

Question

My conection to the McKee family is through James Boomer Mackey. James came to Australia and was my great great grandfather. James married or not my gg grandmother Annie Rich. I believe Annie was born in Gibraltar but there appears to be not records of her that I have been able to find so far. Any information greatfully accepted.
