Tried to add photo; got odd text instead

I have added photos in the past and copied the format used, but for some reason, instead got a error in text formatting.

Image is Palmer-16578.jpg, not Rowley-16578 - Fixed!

I didn't do anything.  I looked at it, went in to check the code. It looked right. I left and it was working.  It's magic.

I was just changing the image title when you looked and saw the "magic"
