robert johnson married to harriet gadd in 1862 and had one son Robert E. Lee Johnson?

Gadd history says Harriet Elizabeth Gadd married Robert Johnson from Washington County Virginia about 1862. They had one son named Robert E. Lee Johnson ( my Great Grandfather). Says Robert was killed in the civil war. Any info as to what unit he was in or any other info would be appreciated. Robert E. Lee Johnson's death certificate ( according to one of his sons ) say his father's name was George.?

I found a Pension record for a Harriet Johnson, widow of Civil War Veteran Robert Johnson, in the U.S. General Index to Pension Files, 1861-1934. It says E 10, U.S.C Inf, which I take to mean Company E of the Confederate Infantry. They operated in Virginia.
