We have a category "Siege of Calais (1346)". Should it not be 1347?

Considering the timeframe of this particular siege, I would be inclined not to have a year/years in brackets

Problem is that there were later sieges of Calais.
Since the siege lasted 11 months, should it not be: "Siege of Calais (1346-1347)" ?

Mind that it must be a minus or hyphen between 1346 and 1347. en or em dashes are not allowed in category names.
That makes sense

The siege took place over two calendar years, so it should be "Siege of Calais (1346-1347)" or "Siege of Calais (1346-7)".
