Birth and death records for Warren County, Missouri in 1851?

I'm tracking down the first wife of Fritz Stock. I have him and his first wife Louise in the Warren County, MO census for 1850 (alas, no maiden name). The info I have says she died in childbirth when son August was born 1 Nov 1851. I don't think the Warren County birth and death records go back that far. I found the marriage of Fritz and his second wife (also Louise) in Warren County marriage records, but not that of the first wife. What can you suggest?

Yes, this very much looks like Fritz's second wife. I'm still looking for details of the first wife, also named Louise.

I'm sure there were two wives. Louise Stock is listed in the 1850 census and August was born in 1851. Then the second Louise is recorded as crossing to Missouri in 1854 and Fritz and Louise are listed in the Warren County marriage book later that year.

I do not see a Louise Stock listed in the pre-1910 death records for MO.

You can query here:

When I had checked, I hadn't either. No Louise I in 1851 and no Louise II in 1905. So the question is where else might I look?

I'm well aware that before the modern era an absence of records doesn't mean the person didn't exist.
Sorry having some weird internet problems started last night...

If you know where in Warren County you can look for the closest local history museum or just look for any and see if they have info on local graves from that era. Some of the funeral homes might also have info that goes back that far.
